Rob Maletick on sax and Patrick Fritz on guitar join the Jazz Infuzion for 2025 kicking off at Bourbon Blvd in Chantilly, VA on Saturday February 22nd. Both are professional musicians with extensive performance and recording experience. You can find Rob's music on jazz and gospel streaming services, at robmaletick.net, and sharing the stage with well know national acts. Patrick teaches over 100 students in Loudoun County public schools and often plays with our bassist in local duos and trios. We are very thankful to Courtney Nero and Pat Mackin for the last 10 years. They represented the voice of Jazz Infuzion as founding members and composers. The Jazz Infuzion is a DC based group bringing you the best of R&B, Soul and Contemporary and Standard Jazz. Rob, Patrick, Stan, Eugenio, and Michael have been playing music in the DC area individually for over 25 years and Jazz Infuzion was formed in 2014. Knowing there is so much good music that crosses traditional boundaries and wanting to explore across those boundaries, the Jazz Infuzion is committed to bringing their audiences a great musical experience including original compositions, Jazz and R&B.

Curtis McCain, percussionist, joins Jazz Infuzion
Curtis McCain just turned up the heat with Jazz Infuzion as our most recent addition. Curtis is a gifted percussionist, multi-instrumentalist and writer. He's a west coast transplant, played with Pat Mackin and other DC based groups and shared the stage with many great musicians. Come see him Saturday night at the Lost Rhino Brewing Co. with Jazz Infuzion from 7:00-10:00pm. Welcome Curtis.

Studio Demos Done
Jazz Infuzion finished four tunes at Blue Room Music Studios - Black Nile, Creepin, Affirmation and Latina. We really appreciate the great work by Ben at Blue Room. We were able to knock things out in one session. Our first video is up featuring Pat's tune Latina. Thanks to Matt and Navarone for coming in and doing the video production. We'll keep you posted on upcoming dates.
Jazz Infuzion in BlueRoom Studios October 26th
We are very excited to be going into Blueroom Studios in Herndon Virginia on Monday the 26th. We'll be working on a solid demo featuring one of Pat Mackin's originals - Latina, and covering a few excellent tunes including Black Nile, Peg, Affirmation, Sudden Samba and Creepin by Stevie Wonder. Once the demo is cut, we'll have the tunes up on the site for listening.
Music finally up on the site...three originals
Check out the three tunes posted on the music section of the site. We finally just dropped the iPhone on the floor and recorded some music. Latina and Charge D'Affaires are original compositions by guitarist Pat Mackin. We added another original composition by Mike Quinn entitled Time to Go...looking forward to getting Pat to play on this one!
